Went there because I got a recommendation from one of her friends. It's a ghetto salon. I asked her to trim my ends and she chopped half my hair off. I also got my hair dyed there and I told her I wanted a light brown but she said with my red tone she couldn't get it that color so I don't think she knows what she's doing. So, without my consent she put highlights in my hair to make it light. I'm so upset about my hair but now there's nothing I can do but let my hair grow and waste more money and re-dye it. She wouldn't tell me what brand of dye she used and charged almost $100 for this. She talks alot on her cell phone and to clients and doesn't pay attention to what she's doing. DON"T GO THERE!
I stopped going here, at first the owner was nice she only did my hair which at first I thought was fine but I realized every time I was in her chair she either wanted to trim it ( and by trim I mean cut )or add something to it, every time I left I felt I was robbed b/c she charges for everything. They do not have a price list up so you don't know how much anything is so basically she makes it up. I came here one time my hair was washed I just needed to blow it out she charged me $30, that was my last time going there. I dyed my hair as well one time a color I told her I wanted she said no no this one is better bc of my hair tone, I'm thinking now ( b/c of the other review ) she only has one color probably and doesn't know how to do anything else. I don't understand how some people have companies on Main Avenue b/c it's horrible they do whatever they want. And if you don't speak Spanish forget about it !! Sometimes I would have my husband come in ( he speaks Spanish ) and I know they would talk bc everyone gets quiet. DO NOT GO HERE ! Bernarda should go back to the basics she would get more business
