Unbelievably rude and flustered when we first entered. Only renting 2014 models or less for the same prices as other places who have 2016 models. Made us feel like we were gifted a discounted rate for a full size with scratches, paint peeling and dents. Just by far the worst experience I've had a rental spot. Never going back again. I hope the car makes it to our destination and back.

Very professional customer service by knowledgeable staff. The owners have been in the business for years and take care of customers. I was able to rent a minivan at the last minute for Easter weekend, when no other location had any left.
UPDATE: It didn't make it. Flat tire within 30min of our trip. Had to exchange it down the road. Which was a hassle because this place is a franchise and not corporate. STAY AWAY.
Upon my car getting hit in an accident, my insurance company directed me to Hertz. Cherri and her team at the Hertz location in Passaic, were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. I would recommend this Hertz location.
