My mom just purchased a bed for $340 and the price is quite absurd for this cheap quality bed. They showed my mom a catalogue and she chose a bed from there, the bed they brought her is garbage especially for the price she paid. Ikea is so much better for the same pricing. Anyways, they built her bed but when i got home i told her...what is this? You paid $340 for this? So then my mom called to have them fix it because the bed is wobbly. I can move the bed with my finger, just 1 finger! The frame of the bed is 3 wooden sticks that is being held up by 3 blocks on each wooden stick...this merchandise is very very low end and ghetto. My mom called and they ignored her calls...when they actually did pick up they would say i will call you in 10 minutes and never did. Called again today and this time i spoke with them and sent them a video of the beds defect and they said we have to pay a delivery fee to have them come check to see if the bed is damaged after i clearly showed them the video. Also, they told us to bring the bed to them so they can fix it. How are you going to fix it from your store? That would mean we would have to take the bed apart, how are you going to fix the problem if you're not going to see the problem with the bed apart?? I just read all the other reviews and it's clear that many people have complaints. The lady over the phone said i was the only one they had an issue with, clearly not true! I will being suing because they are clearly taking advantage of people...these people are scammers! It is not right for them to take away peoples money like that in your community!
If there was an option of giving them less than 1 star I surely would do so. I would never recommend going to this store even if you had to wait for a bus. Highly unprofessional, and the people have terrible communication skills...no refund on an item they'll have you wait 3 weeks just for a phone call. And not only that but they always give you a run around on YOUR item.. I recommend this store to be shut down and never to purchase here again please.

This is my second time doing business with Passaic Discount Furniture and both times I had a great experience. This second time in particular, I sat in the store for hours while three representatives patiently helped me decide on what to get. There was complications with my card because of the large purchase and they waited for at least an hour while I called my bank at least 10 times and swiped my card at least 20 times. I ordered a very large 5 piece Living room set, along with an extra large area rug and I live on the fourth floor with no elevator. Even under these conditions they honored the standard delivery charge and even allowed me to pay the delivery upon receiving the furniture. The delivery guys were great, I had a time constraint and absolutely needed the furniture delivered earlier than my window, they willfully showed up an hour and a half before my delivery window and carried my furniture pieces up a four floor walk-up with a smile. My furniture came in a couple days later than expected but I still received it within one week of ordering it and it was delivered to me as soon as they got it. Thank you for you help and support! I would definitely recommend Passaic Discount Furniture and I will be doing business with them again!!
Why in the love of your cheap life would you buy a 340$ bed probably a coach cost more
Very unprofessional was told i would recieve my order on sunday then was told delivery guys get drunk day before may not recieve order when they finally arrived recieved the wrong table on top of the that was made to feel as if i was too agrivated still waiting for the table hopefully will recieve the right one because they do not refund stuck doing buisness with them
