I will never order from this PH again! Absolutely ridiculous.
I love Pizza Hut pan pizza, unfortunately here in passaic delivery sucks, and pick up is not great, specially with the non-sense noise of some of the stuff, screaming like they are home wile there close to each other, and the way some " not all" dress is like they forget that they come to work, if I had another one near by I may go there, domino's is near, but Hut is king on my book
The cheese sticks were cold and stale
They barely added any fries which were cold and mushy
I ordered delivery a Big Dinner Box of cheese sticks, wings, and 2 pizza along with a side of fries yet it took 2 HOURS for it to get delivered! When we got the food, everything was cold, soggy, and tasted stale!
We had 2 pizzas, both of which were cold. 1 of which was a pretzel pizza that had WAYYY too much salt on it!
This is the best pizza hut by far. I recently came here to order a small pie and i received 2 pies for only $10.00 (during a current promotional deal). The General Manager, Raudy was extremely effective at his job unlike other food chains i have been too. There was a lot of people and he properly managed his restaurant to assure there was no long wait and all the orders while i was waiting came out on time. Every order was accurate and correct to the customers liking. Def. recommend ordering from this Pizza hut if you can because it was honestly just a Job well DONE!
I love the wings and the pizza and most importantly the team members they are very respectful!! but the crippy manger with the red hair are very rude
