Hopefully somebody reads this !!
The Drive through is horrible. I have literally waited 20 minutes for my food. In the inside I have had to walk out because you stand there and no one tends to you. The owner and his managers should go to the McDonald's in Passaic on Central and see how efficient their staff is. No one waits more than a few minutes at their drive thru for their food. In the inside they take your order ASAP and you are served within minutes. I prefer BK by the service here is horrible. Hopefully this will reach someone's ear who could make a difference. If not you should close that BK and go somewhere else because it's dying anyway.
They seemed annoyed that I wanted a burger that was hot and not the lettuce and tomato!
Not sure how the price of a hamburger has gone up but if I have to eat fast food I usually grab something small like a hamburger or something and the value menu is well let's just say if you went to the grocery store you would walk away with enough food to feed your family so think about that when you order all those value items at like $2.50 a piece that used to be a dollar and I'm not talking 20 years ago I'm talking like 4 years. The cost of living has not gone up that much but maybe the cost of factory farming has haha
Lord... it was the third time I had to go back to the counter and then they seemed annoyed that I wanted my order correct !!!!! WTH???

He got an attitude with me and said “what do you want ?” I said “ My God .. I want to what I ordered! I want a whopper Junior with two slices of cheese and no onions and I don’t want it in the damn microwave !! “
The food is normal but the play area is not clean, the machines don't work most of the times and they don't take responsibility.
I DIDN'T LIKE THAT I COULD NOT MAKE TWO DIFFERENT ORDERS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE HEARD YOU CAN'T MAKE TWO OR MORE ORDERS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH
I ordered A simple whopper Junior with two slices of cheese and no onions and flaming hot Mack and cheese Cheetos ! NOTHING SPECIAL!
First the mac & cheese Cheetos came with three pieces in them all broken it’s supposed to have five! Then a regular whopper Junior with one slice of cheese even though I was charged for two then they threw it in the microwave and added a slice so then my lettuce and tomato were hot !!!
Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable food and managers service !!! Order number 99 on December 23 at 7:54 PM… You better believe I’m doing the survey! This is ridiculous considering this is what you do for a living, make freaking burgers and you can’t get it STRAIGHT???? BURGER WAS COLD AND ORDERED WAS WRONG THREEEE TIMES!!!
