Easy Pickup, Easy Drop-off. Picked up a trailer to move my daughter's stuff into Dorm. Took 15 minutes tops and we had the full size trailer hitched on the car and we were on our way. Dropped off the trailer after closing but next day received an email confirming receipt and final amount.
Denied renting me a $1500 trailer because "they didn't know what to put in the computer". Incompetent. Saddle Brook had me in and out in 15 minutes. No issues.
I had an absolute nightmare dealing with the Saddle Brook , NJ location and would advise every single customer to stay away from that location unless you're desperate. On the flip side, I worked with Claritza from the Main St. Passaic location and she was just a rockstar. She took care of all my questions and also went the extra mile to keep me informed on the status of my request. She displayed exceptional customer service and if there is one reason I'd come back and rent from U-Haul, it would be her! Thank you Claritza!
Rental was great. Reserved a cargo van in saddle Brook and when i arrived there were none available. Sent me to Passaic w $50 credit.
Rude. Called us liers rather than verify our statements with corporate about how our reservation was changed by corporate. Then when they did call after asking them to call and they discovered we were telling the truth,they never bothered to apologize. Go somewhere else.
